Job summary

Jobgether partners with growing DTC and eCommerce brands to handle talent acquisition outreach and scheduling. The Appointment Setter role focuses on proactive candidate outreach, qualification, and calendar booking in a fully remote environment.

You will manage daily outreach, respond to candidate inquiries, and ensure interactions are tracked in Airtable or ClickUp. This position emphasizes speed, organization, and ownership within a structured process.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume candidate outreach and scheduling.
• Strong written English and professional candidate communication.
• Familiarity with CRM/pipeline tools (Airtable/ClickUp) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contact candidates daily via LinkedIn and other platforms with personalized messages.
• Qualify candidates through chat and short calls as needed.
• Schedule qualified candidates into calendars and update leads in CRM.
• Track leads and maintain accurate records in designated systems.
• Meet KPIs for response times, booked calls, and qualified conversations.
