Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a freelance Campaign Manager, Influencer Marketing based in Switzerland to orchestrate high-volume European influencer programs. You will discover creators, negotiate fees, and manage budgets while collaborating with clients and internal teams to deliver on time and on budget.

You’ll use AI-powered tools to optimize workflows, track KPIs, and report performance. This is a proactive, fast-paced role offering remote work across Europe and the UK.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or campaign management.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple influencer campaigns from briefs to reporting.
• Identify and cast relevant creators across European markets.
• Manage day-to-day creator communications, negotiations, and briefs.
• Develop pricing strategies, negotiate fees, and manage budgets.
• Act as primary contact for local client stakeholders and provide updates.
• Coordinate cross-team campaign activities and timelines.
• Lead creator briefing sessions and review content for campaign goals.
• Track CPV, reach, engagement, and other KPIs; provide data-driven insights.
• Use platforms and AI tools to streamline discovery, administration, and reporting.
• Respond to briefs promptly and escalate blockers quickly.
