Jobgether seeks a Freelance Campaign Manager in Switzerland to lead large-scale influencer campaigns for a major global consumer brand across multiple European markets. You will manage the full lifecycle from creator discovery to reporting, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and budgets.

The role requires 3–5 years in influencer marketing, strong project management, and proficiency with data analysis.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or a closely related field.
• Fluency in English and at least one additional European language.
• Experience managing high-volume influencer campaigns for consumer brands.
• Strong knowledge of the creator landscape in at least one European market.
• Proven experience managing campaign budgets, negotiating creator fees, and handling contracts.
• Solid understanding of CPV, reach, engagement, and other creator performance metrics.
• Strong Excel skills and the ability to analyze campaign data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Experience working with clients and international stakeholders.
• Familiarity with AI-powered tools such as Claude and the ability to integrate them into workflows.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with multiple campaigns.

Aufgaben

• Oversee influencer marketing campaigns from briefing through execution and reporting.
• Develop detailed project timelines and coordinate budgets, milestones, and deliverables.
• Identify and shortlist creators based on brand positioning and target audiences.
• Manage creator outreach, negotiations, pricing, contracts, and content delivery.
• Build creator pricing strategies based on CPV targets and performance.
• Negotiate fees, manage budgets, and balance creative quality with commercial objectives.
• Maintain communication with creators, stakeholders, and teams.
• Lead creator briefing calls and ensure content aligns with guidelines and disclosures.
• Review content and coordinate revisions and approvals before publication.
• Act as day-to-day contact for market stakeholders and client communications.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
• Monitor KPIs such as CPV, reach, and engagement; maintain trackers and performance records.
• Analyze results and provide data-driven recommendations for future campaigns.
• Identify delivery issues and budget risks early; propose solutions.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to streamline discovery, research, and reporting.
