Jobgether, partnering with a Swiss-based partner, seeks an Influencer Performance Creative to turn influencer advertising into a growth engine. You will blend creative strategy, performance analytics, and experimentation across markets, researching trends, drafting briefs, and collaborating with creators to deliver high-performing content while using AI to accelerate insights.

You will manage budgets, run A/B tests, measure KPIs, and report to influencer managers and leadership, with flexibility

Formación

• Proven experience developing creative briefs for advertising campaigns, especially influencer-led.
• Strong analytical skills for measuring and optimizing performance.
• Hands-on experience with YouTube advertising spend and influencer budgets.
• Experience with monthly influencer marketing investments of around €100,000 or more.
• Collaborative with influencer teams and content creators.
• Experience using AI tools for data analysis and optimization.
• Good English communication skills; fluency preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct market research to identify trends and effective formats.
• Create a high volume of influencer briefs for different countries and gaming categories.
• Review influencer content and provide feedback to improve messaging and performance.
• Design and manage A/B tests across creatives and markets.
• Analyze campaign performance using KPIs and data-driven insights.
• Manage influencer advertising budgets including YouTube spend.
• Collaborate with influencer managers and content creators to align strategy.
