Zusammenfassung

WSP is seeking a Business Controller in Switzerland (Zurich or Luzern) to partner with management and guide budgeting across multiple units and projects. You will support the Finance Director – Business Operations and contribute to the rollout of new ERP systems while ensuring accurate reporting in a multilingual environment.

The role requires strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis skills, with advanced Excel, Power BI, and experience with Hyperion, Dynamics 365, or Oracle.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, or a related field.

Aufgaben

• Guide and monitor budgetary policy with the Finance Director – Business Operations.
• Act as a Business Partner for managers.
• Analyse and present reports in English, German and French if possible.
• Manage the budget process with internal clients.
• Monitor and analyse financial data for units and projects.
• Propose and follow up on corrective actions.
• Implement analytical tools to support decision-making.
• Support ERP implementation for the finance team.
