AYES in Switzerland seeks a Business Controller to act as a financial partner to the Business Unit, driving performance, improving transparency, and enabling data-driven decisions across projects and operations.

You will lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and make-or-buy analyses; monitor KPIs, prepare monthly reporting for senior management, review project performance, and support internal and external audits.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years in Business Controlling, Financial Controlling, Project Controlling, FP&A or similar finance role.
• Strong understanding of P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, budgeting and forecasting.

Aufgaben

• Act as a financial sparring partner for the Business Unit and leadership.
• Drive and monitor P&L, balance sheet, and free cash flow performance.
• Define, monitor, and analyze key financial KPIs with transparency.
• Prepare monthly financial reporting for senior management.
