Jobtailor in Zürich is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to assist the Finance Director - Business Operations in guiding budget policy and acting as a business partner to managers across units. You will manage the budget process, analyze financial data, and present insights in English, German and French where possible in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a finance role within a project-driven environment.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis expertise.
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
• Experience with Power BI and financial reporting tools, including Hyperion, Dynamics 365, and Oracle.
• Fluent in German/Swiss German and English, with a good command of French.

Aufgaben

• Assist the Finance Director - Business Operations in guiding and monitoring budgetary policy
• Act as a Business Partner for managers
• Analyse and present reports in English, German, and French if possible
• Manage the budget process with internal clients
• Monitor and analyse economic and financial data for business units and projects
• Propose and follow up on corrective actions
• Implement analytical tools to support the Finance Director's decision-making
• Support the finance team in implementing the new ERP
• Collaborate closely with business unit heads and the team of controllers
