Qualifikationen

7+ years in software development with 2+ years in leadership.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
Experience across frontend and backend with platform thinking.

Aufgaben

Lead a cross-functional engineering team focusing on delivery and people development.
Balance technical roadmap with priorities from multiple product teams and communicate trade-offs.
Establish engineering-wide standards for security, tooling, CI/CD, and developer experience.
Own recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and performance reviews for the team.
