Jobgether SRL, on behalf of a partner company, is seeking a Staff Full Stack Engineer for the Sell Side Engine based in Switzerland. This hands-on role blends backend and systems engineering with occasional frontend work, influencing architecture across pricing, data, billing, and risk platforms.

You will own architecture-level decisions, design foundations for new product initiatives, and translate ambiguous problems into practical plans that scale.

Qualifikationen

• Deep backend engineering and systems design experience.
• Proven ability to make architecture-level decisions for complex systems.
• Strong Python and AWS serverless experience (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, EventBridge).
• Experience in startup/scale-up environments with ownership of complex projects.
• Ability to work without a complete specification and turn ambiguity into a plan.
• Excellent cross-team collaboration and communication.
• Product-minded with focus on business value.
• Frontend React/TypeScript experience is a plus, not required.

Aufgaben

• Own architecture-level decisions for complex, integration-heavy systems.
• Design foundations connecting new-product initiatives with pricing, data, billing, and other core platforms.
• Turn ambiguous problems into practical, shippable technical plans within the squad's direction.
• Help develop and launch new product categories, contributing to production and pipeline.
• Automate and productise tendering, pricing, contracting, onboarding, and workflows to scale.
• Design deal-gating and risk-management tooling for new categories of risk.
• Collaborate across teams to deliver integrations and outcomes without direct authority.
• Build high-quality software across backend services; contribute to React/TS frontend when needed.
• Write clean, tested code, participate in reviews, improve engineering practices.
