Jobgether SRL is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer based in Switzerland for a fully remote role in an international banking project. You will design and implement a self-service cloud golden path using Terraform and AWS, enabling platforms to provision and manage infrastructure efficiently.

You will influence architecture, automate delivery, and establish governance, security, and developer experience across teams, pilots, and environments. Fluent English required; French is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of professional experience in DevOps or Cloud Engineering.
• At least 1 year hands-on AWS Cloud experience.
• Strong Terraform and Infrastructure as Code experience.
• Automation and CI/CD practices and tooling experience.
• Solid Git and modern software workflows.
• Platform Engineering experience is a strong advantage.
• Knowledge of AWS IAM, VPCs, routing and connectivity.
• Excellent technical documentation and communication skills.
• Fluent English (min B2); French is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Design and implement a self-service cloud 'golden path' using Terraform and automation.
• Develop reusable Infrastructure-as-Code components for onboarding, workloads, and connectivity.
• Integrate security, networking, governance, compliance, and operational controls into the platform.
• Define and improve developer and platform experience for consuming the golden path.
• Establish controlled processes for building, testing, releasing, and promoting platform code across environments.
• Create documentation covering usage, maintenance, and support for reusable Terraform components.
• Validate the golden path through a pilot application and refine based on findings.
• Collaborate with technical teams and consultants across projects and timelines.
