Jobgether seeks a Customer Onboarding Specialist for a partner company based in Switzerland. You will lead onboarding for new business partners in fintech/crypto, guiding them through documentation, KYC, and verification steps, while coordinating with Compliance, Sales, and Success teams.

Responsibilities include collecting documentation, maintaining CRM records, and ensuring timely approvals. This is a fully remote role, with focus on accuracy, communication, and process improvement.

Competenze

• At least 1 year of professional experience in customer onboarding, customer support, account coordination, operations or a related customer-facing role.
• Strong attention to detail with experience reviewing documents and maintaining accurate records.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to explain processes clearly to business owners and stakeholders.
• Strong organisational and follow-up abilities to manage multiple onboarding cases and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms, document management systems, Microsoft Office, and other standard tools.
• Good judgement handling sensitive information with awareness of compliance requirements.
• Self-motivated, accountable and productive in a fully remote environment.
• Customer-oriented mindset and proactive approach to resolving issues and improving onboarding.

Mansioni

• Act as the primary onboarding contact for new business partners, explaining requirements and guiding them through the onboarding journey.
• Collect KYC documentation and ownership details in line with internal procedures.
• Review submitted documents for completeness and accuracy, following up as needed.
• Enter and maintain partner information in CRM platforms and internal systems.
• Coordinate with Compliance to review documents and manage escalations through to approval.
• Monitor progress of onboarding cases and communicate timelines to partners and internal teams.
• Work with Sales, Operations and Customer Success to ensure a smooth transition from onboarding to ongoing support.
• Handle confidential information in accordance with privacy and security policies.
• Identify recurring onboarding challenges and suggest improvements to templates and processes.
• Track onboarding activity and timelines to support efficiency and reporting.
• Utilize AI-powered tools to streamline research and administrative tasks.
