- Strong understanding of P&L, unit economics, revenue models, and profitability drivers.
- Established professional network within crypto/fintech/payments/digital banking ecosystem.

- Define and execute the commercial strategy and go-to-market approach.
- Identify profitable opportunities across B2B and B2C markets and international territories.
