American Express Global Business Travel in Switzerland is seeking a Travel Consultant to join our highly skilled remote team. You will advise and arrange travel for corporate clients, coordinating domestic and international itineraries across air, rail, and hotels using GDS systems.

We value native GDS expertise (Sabre, Apollo, Amadeus, Galileo), strong communication, and meticulous attention to detail while supporting a 24/7 Traveler Care operation with flexible shifts and growth opportunities.

Mansioni

• Advise and arrange travel for corporate customers (individuals and groups).
• Conduct analysis of travel options and anticipate traveler needs to sell added services.
• Arrange domestic and international business travel across air, rail, and hotels.
• Use GDS systems (Sabre, Apollo, Galileo, Amadeus); trainings may be provided.
• Ensure compliance with travel policies, service provider policies, and regulations.
• Provide excellent telephone service and handle special requests; collaborate with the team for feedback.
