You will process orders, organize logistics, monitor production and delivery, and handle invoicing and customer setups with a proactive, service-oriented approach.

Qualifikationen

• Completed commercial apprenticeship; HF qualification is an advantage.
• Several years of experience in order processing or a similar role.
• Proactive mindset with ownership of customer issues.
• Solid knowledge of customer service.
• Fluent in German and French; English welcome; Italian adds value.
• Experience with EU-Export processes is an advantage.
