Qualifikationen

• Completed vocational training in automation or electrical fields or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in automation/electrical engineering; UPS experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of electromechanical systems and service processes in industry.
• Willingness to travel and strong customer-focused mindset.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with customers on-site to identify optimization opportunities and resolve challenges.
• Perform service assignments and diagnose issues on-site or remotely within certified product areas.
• Prepare material lists for assignments and ensure availability of parts, tools, and equipment.
• Provide training to field service colleagues and customers as required.
• Support scheduling and communicate clearly with customers about timelines and expectations.
