ABB in Baden, Switzerland seeks an Order Management Specialist to be the primary contact for customers and partners regarding UPS Systems within Electrification/ Power Protection. This hybrid role reports to the Head of Project Management & Engineering and supports the sales and project teams.

You will process orders, organize logistics, monitor production and delivery, and handle invoicing and customer setups with a proactive, service-oriented approach.

Qualifikationen

• Completed commercial apprenticeship; HF qualification is an advantage.
• Several years of experience in order processing or a similar role.
• Proactive mindset with ownership of customer issues.
• Solid knowledge of customer service.
• Fluent in German and French; English welcome; Italian adds value.
• Experience with EU-Export processes is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Process orders by coordinating with Sales, Project and internal teams.
• Organize project material logistics with factory, suppliers and customers.
• Monitor order production status and delivery schedules; manage delays/escalations.
• Handle invoicing and customer account setup according to guidelines.
• Support sales/project teams by resolving issues and maintaining communication.
