Job summary

BD is seeking a Portfolio Execution & Lifecycle Management Manager to drive market execution for the UCC portfolio in Switzerland. You will partner with country marketing teams, supply chain, sales, and forecasting to optimize product launches, ensure supply continuity, and support lifecycle decisions.

Location: Eysins, Vaud, Switzerland with 30-50% travel. Applicants must have Swiss work authorization and reside in Vaud.

Qualifications

• Experience in medical devices, healthcare, or life sciences.
• Proven ability to manage product lifecycles and optimize portfolios.
• Successful track record delivering product launches.
• Experience collaborating across regional and country teams.
• Strong understanding of commercial execution, demand planning, and distribution.

Responsibilities

• Drive successful product launches and translate portfolio strategy into launch plans.
• Lead execution of launch initiatives, campaigns, and deployment activities.
• Define country launch sequencing and coordinate market rollouts.
• Ensure readiness across countries and equip local teams with tools and messaging.
• Drive portfolio lifecycle management including rationalization and transitions.
• Collaborate with supply chain and demand planning to ensure product availability.
