Job summary

Accelleron Switzerland Ltd is seeking a Product Life Cycle Manager to act as the central coordinator for all service life cycle activities. You will drive portfolio optimization based on customer needs, business strategy, and operational excellence, ensuring the lifecycle management system and related processes are executed and monitored.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Product Life Cycle or Portfolio Management within mechanical engineering.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, service operations and industrial supply chains.
• Experience in managing complex product portfolios and cross-functional projects.
• Proactive, self-driven with ability to deliver measurable improvements.
• Advanced SAP knowledge (ECC MDM & MM, S/4 HANA a plus) and MS Office 365/PowerBI skills.

Responsibilities

• Own critical processes along the product life cycle with targeted analyses.
• Support ramp-up and integration of new turbochargers into the Service portfolio.
• Manage portfolio transfer from New Business to Service with end‑to‑end accountability.
• Oversee legacy and phase-out processes to ensure service continuity.
• Develop KPIs and dashboards; drive automation of LCMS activities.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and governance meetings for lifecycle initiatives.
• Communicate lifecycle information to internal and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to service strategy with new product initiatives and global spare part setup.
