Revolution Medicines is seeking a Director of Medical Content and Training, Europe, to lead development and execution of medical content and training strategies for European Medical Affairs teams. This role partners with Global teams to ensure resources are scientifically rigorous and that field teams are prepared for product launches in oncology across Europe.

The ideal candidate will have an advanced scientific or medical degree with 10+ years in Medical Affairs, proven ability to translate

Qualifikationen

• Advanced scientific or medical degree (PhD, PharmD, MD) preferred; MS or equivalent experience considered.
• 10+ years of experience in Medical Affairs, Scientific Training, Field Excellence or Medical Communications within biotech/pharma.

Aufgaben

• Lead Medical Affairs training strategy and execution for the European region.
• Develop and execute a strategically aligned Medical Affairs training roadmap for scientific fluency in Europe.
• Lead high-impact scientific training and field excellence programs for new hires and ongoing professional development for MSLs and other Medical Affairs functions.
• Organize scientific deep dives, journal clubs, education forums, and training workshops to maintain competency.
• Collaborate with Global Medical Content and Training to regionalize materials for external engagements across Europe.
• Ensure training aligns with product lifecycle milestones and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee creation of global scientific materials for external engagements and internal use.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and training content.
