Job summary

AO Foundation seeks an experienced governance and operations professional to support Regional Managers across governance tasks, board elections, and stakeholder communications. The role includes budget planning, project tracking, and coordination of regional events and meetings with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities extend to process improvements through digital tools such as Power Automate and Forms, plus development of management reports and dashboards to enable informed

Qualifications

• University Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Public Relations, Marketing, Finance, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 3-5 years proven experience in business administration, project management, governance support, operations management, or event management.

Responsibilities

• Support governance management activities and elections for regional boards and country councils.
• Coordinate budgets, project expenditures, and regional events with regional managers.
• Develop reports, dashboards, KPI tracking, and financial/operational analyses.
