Jet Aviation Basel offers a 6- or 12-month internship within Real Estate & Facility Management. You will support real estate topics across the EMEA region as part of the Real Estate & Administration Team.

Join an international aviation environment, gain hands-on experience in lease administration, contract reviews, subtenant management, and KPI reporting while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver real estate projects.

Qualifikationen

• Currently enrolled in a study program related to Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, Law, or a related field.
• Strong interest in corporate real estate and facilities management.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills; proficient in Microsoft Office.

Aufgaben

• Support the management of real estate portfolio across the EMEA region under guidance from Real Estate team.
• Assist with preparation, review, and administration of lease, sublease, and other real estate-related agreements.
• Support contract reviews and coordinate with internal stakeholders and external parties to ensure documentation is complete and up to date.
• Assist in the lease approval process and maintain records in accordance with Jet Aviation policies and procedures.
• Provide administrative and operational support for subtenant management at Basel site and across other EMEA locations.
• Maintain and update lease agreements and related documentation within the contract management database.
• Assist with real estate and facilities projects across Basel and the EMEA region, including project coordination and documentation.
• Support collection, monitoring, and reporting of KPIs related to the real estate portfolio.
• Prepare reports, analyses, and presentations for management reviews and departmental meetings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide general support to the department.
