Zusammenfassung

Jet Aviation Basel invites interns to join the Real Estate & Facility Management team for 6- or 12-month programs. You will support real estate topics across the EMEA region, assist with lease agreements, subtenant management, and contract documentation, while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders in an international aviation setting.

You will gain hands-on experience in project coordination, KPI reporting, and presentations for management reviews, with mentorship and growth

Qualifikationen

• Currently enrolled in a relevant study program in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, Law, or a related field.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of French and/or German is an asset.
• Experience with SAP, SharePoint, and Power BI is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Support the management of real estate portfolio across the EMEA region under the guidance of the Real Estate team.
• Assist with the preparation, review, and administration of lease, sublease, and other real estate-related agreements.
• Support contract reviews and coordinate with internal stakeholders and external parties to ensure documentation is complete and up to date.
• Assist in the lease approval process and maintain records in accordance with Jet Aviation policies and procedures.
• Provide administrative and operational support for subtenant management at the Basel site and assist with subtenant agreements across other EMEA locations.
• Maintain and update lease agreements and related documentation within the contract management database.
• Assist with real estate and facilities projects across Basel and the EMEA region, including project coordination and documentation.
• Support the collection, monitoring, and reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the real estate portfolio.
• Prepare reports, analyses, and presentations for management reviews and departmental meetings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide general support to the department, including other duties and special projects as assigned
