Jet Aviation Basel is seeking a professional contracts specialist to own the full lifecycle for MRO agreements, including maintenance, renewal, and negotiations across technical, commercial, and legal dimensions.

In this hybrid role, you will drive sales support and contract administration across EMEA, coordinate with Sales, Quality and Legal, and contribute to tendering, audits, and policy harmonisation.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in aeronautics, contract administration, or sales of products and services.
• Ability to manage complex negotiations with professionalism and credibility.
• Strong business judgment and customer-focused mindset.

Aufgaben

• Own the full contractual lifecycle for MRO activities, including maintenance, renewal, and negotiation of frame agreements.
• Lead administrative development and fulfilment of contract requirements in the sale and delivery of MRO products and services across EMEA.
• Serve as a trusted contractual partner to Sales, Quality, and Legal to maximise Jet Aviation’s interests.
• Support government tenders across EMEA with tender analysis, stakeholder coordination, bid preparation, and proposals.
• Assist in contract audits, ensure compliance, and harmonise discount policy across EMEA and Asia.
