Zusammenfassung

ITech Consult AG in Zurich region is seeking an experienced DevOps/GenAI Engineer for a GenAI team at a Swiss bank. You will support RAG solutions from technical conception through to production operations, collaborating with Data Scientists, Cloud/DevOps professionals and business engineers.

Responsibilities include developing GenAI and RAG solutions, implementing new AI use cases from concept to production, and performing prompt and context engineering, LLM evaluation, and optimization.

Qualifikationen

• GenAI, LLM and RAG experience in production environments.
• Strong Python, CI/CD and deployment skills.
• Azure Cloud experience; LangChain and LangFuse preferred.

For a GenAI team at a Swiss bank, we are looking for an experienced DevOps/GenAI Engineer who will support RAG solutions from technical conception through implementation and into production operations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and further develop productive GenAI and RAG solutions
• Implement new AI use cases from conception through to production
• Perform prompt and context engineering, as well as evaluation and optimization of LLM solutions
• Build and operate APIs, data pipelines, and CI/CD processes
• Work with Python and Azure, ideally Azure AI Search / AI Foundry
• LLM tracing, monitoring, LLMOps, and continuous quality optimization
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, Cloud/DevOps, and Business Engineers

Requirements:

• Several years of practical experience with GenAI, LLM, and RAG
• Experience with production-grade RAG solutions, not just PoCs
• Very good Python skills, as well as experience with CI/CD and automated deployments
• Experience with Azure Cloud and ideally LangChain/LangFuse
