Job summary

GE HealthCare is seeking a Digital Adoption Sales Specialist for Radiation Oncology to accelerate adoption of digital solutions and manage trials. You will promote demonstrations, collaborate with sales and product teams, and drive customer engagement to ensure long-term value.

The role involves travel across the DACH region, close collaboration with Sales and Product teams, and delivering training alignment to support successful implementation of digital platforms within clinical workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Biomedical Engineering, Health IT, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in healthcare technology, digital health, or clinical applications.
• Strong understanding of Radiation Oncology workflows and digital health ecosystems.
• Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).
• Valid driver's license; company car provided.

Responsibilities

• Lead product demonstrations and manage digital solution trials to support adoption of Radiation Oncology software and platforms.
• Define and execute the trial strategy to maximize impact and conversion.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure trials are integrated into broader commercial strategies and lead to long-term adoption.
• Develop and execute customer engagement programs such as symposiums, congresses, hands-on sessions, and webinars.
• Drive customer success plans and act as the primary contact for Radiation Oncology solution users, ensuring high satisfaction and value realization.
• Gather user feedback and usage data to inform product development and enhancements, acting as the voice of the customer.
• Track adoption metrics and KPIs to drive continuous improvement and ROI demonstration.
• Collaborate with Sales Account Managers and Product Specialists to increase attachment rate of digital solutions.
• Demonstrate the value of integrating digital platforms with imaging and oncology systems to drive synergy across sales.
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts to grow revenue and margin.
• Support sales with tailored messaging and tools highlighting digital adoption benefits.
• Support strategic account planning by identifying growth opportunities aligned with commercial objectives.
• Ensure customer training needs are identified and aligned with Clinical Education; liaise with training resources.
