Siemens Healthineers seeks an experienced UX Researcher to support the development of software and hardware solutions for safe clinical workflows in radiation oncology. You will plan and conduct user research activities, translate findings into actionable insights, and collaborate with Product Management, Engineering and Clinical Experts to inform product decisions.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Human Factors, HCI, or related field.
• 5+ years of UX research experience in software or hardware product development.
• Strong experience planning and conducting usability studies.
• Knowledge of Agile development practices and healthcare/regulatory contexts.

Responsabilités

• Plan and execute user research to evaluate and improve product designs.
• Conduct user interviews, task analyses, design reviews, and usability testing.
• Define research goals, questions, and hypotheses aligned with business and user needs.
• Translate research findings into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Communicate results, KPIs, and next steps to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Design, and Clinical Experts.
• Ensure research activities and documentation comply with IEC 62366-1 and other regulations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of UX research processes and best practices.
• Develop deep understanding of customer needs and clinical workflows.
