Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in electrical, mechanical, or product engineering or a related field.
• Understanding standard body of knowledge in a technical field.
• Ability to use external/internal standards and regulations.
• Strong communication across channels.
• Knowledge of transformers technology is a plus.

• Introduce changes to global technical, material and production standards
• Understand impact of changes and assess implications
• Track changes with rationale and publish documents per workflows
• Use document management system and repositories
• Cooperate with technical experts to resolve gaps
• Propose actions to implement changes with acceptable effort and risk
• Ensure long-term perspective when changing standards
• Communicate with stakeholders impacted by changes
• Evaluate stakeholder satisfaction
• Introduce and track KPIs to monitor service performance
• Propose and undertake improvements to service
