• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Extensive experience in mechanical design of traction transformers.
• Advanced Creo knowledge: parametric design, parts/assemblies, automation.
• Strong programming skills: MATLAB, Python, Visual Basic or similar.
• Professional English; ability to collaborate internationally.
• Self-motivated with team-oriented mindset and ability to work globally.

Aufgaben

• Define, standardize, document, and improve design rules for traction transformer design automation tools.
• Ensure design rules are robust and compliant with standards.
• Coordinate development/maintenance of automated design tools with global teams.
• Develop and enhance CAD models and parametric design solutions.
• Ensure seamless integration with Windchill PLM, BOM, and SAP data processes.
• Train and support users and developers on design automation tools.
• Monitor standards and ensure ongoing compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement and technology scouting in design automation.
