This early-career role offers exposure to product management, PLM processes, and trade compliance in a global industrial setting. English fluency is required; German skills are a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Up to 3 years of relevant work experience or internships.
• Interest in product management, development, and lifecycle management.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Fluent in English; German skills are an asset.

• Support management and continuous improvement of the surge arrester product portfolio.
• Assist in translating customer, market, and regulatory requirements into product specifications.
• Contribute to product development, innovation projects, and roadmap activities.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify opportunities and trends.
• Maintain technical product documentation, product data, and marketing materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product launches, changes, and customer requests.
• Support sustainability, compliance, and product obsolescence management activities.
• Lead trade compliance activities, including product classifications, customs data maintenance, and export control requirements.
