Zusammenfassung

ETH Zurich's Strategy & Analytics Group invites applications for a Quality of Education Officer to lead the development and anchoring of the university-wide Quality of Education Framework.

The role covers concept design, stakeholder engagement, and piloting the framework with a view to cross-department adoption across ETH's 16 departments and central units, with a fixed-term appointment up to two years.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in education sciences or related field.
• Extensive practical experience in QA/QM in higher education.
• Familiarity with accreditation requirements (HFKG/AAQ or comparable).
• Ability to build bridges across a decentralised organisation and lead negotiations.

Aufgaben

• Conceptualise and design the framework with a common core.
• Map and harmonise QA standards across units.
• Ensure interoperability with existing processes.
• Lead adoption and engage stakeholders for rollout.
• Prepare reports and analytics for management.
• Represent the framework in committees and support senior staff.
• Run the pilot and coordinate institution-wide rollout.
