Zusammenfassung

ETH Zurich is seeking a Quality of Education Officer to lead the institution-wide Quality of Education Framework. The role covers design, harmonisation, and rollout across all departments, with a focus on accreditation readiness and alignment with existing processes.

The fixed-term position lasts up to two years, with start date by arrangement and as soon as possible. You will engage with central bodies, departments and external partners to ensure consistent quality in teaching and learning.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in a relevant field from ETH Zurich or another university.
• Deep knowledge of quality assurance and quality management in higher education.
• Experience leading projects and change processes.

Aufgaben

• Conceptualise and design the Quality of Education framework for all 16 departments and central bodies.
• Map standards and harmonise QA/QM processes across central bodies and departments.
• Ensure interoperability with ETH's support processes and management instruments.
• Coordinate adoption with QA/QM representatives, external partners and accreditation bodies.
• Prepare reports and analyses for UTL management, Rectorate and departments.
• Represent the framework in committees and support the Head of Strategy & Analytics.
• Run the pilot and coordinate rollout across the institution.

Ausbildung

Master's degree (ETH Zurich or university) in education sciences / higher-education studies / public administration or policy / social sciences
