Job summary

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a natural science or technical degree, preferably in pharma, chemistry or biotechnology, or extensive GMP-regulated experience.
• Experience in GMP-regulated environments, preferably in quality control; advantageous.
• Independent and flexible working style.
• Excellent communication, customer-oriented approach and a can-do mindset.
• Very good MS Office skills.
• Excellent German and English (spoken and written).
• Experience with SAP, eLIMS and Comet is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Self-managed handling of local and global sample management projects and changes in eLIMS.
• Handle non-conformances and change requests in Comet; assist CAPA.
• Review and verification of raw data in eLIMS.
• Support the supervisor in process improvements (Lean).
• Create and maintain work instructions in the area.
• Contribute to sample distribution for finished products, raw materials, excipients and medical devices.
• Assist with sample shipments to external test labs and intake of external lab results in eLIMS.
• Perform and document temperature evaluations of sample and product shipments.
• Conduct visual inspections of primary packaged sterile products.
