Proclinical Staffing is seeking a QC Lead in Basel, Switzerland to ensure quality standards by authoring and reviewing quality records, guiding QA/QC collaboration, and driving process improvements. Strong analytical chemistry background and GMP knowledge are essential, with fluency in English and German a plus.

This role requires the right to work in Switzerland or an EU passport. The ideal candidate has a degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences or related field, and an emphasis on CAPA and deviation

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biochemistry, Chemistry, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Strong background in analytical chemistry and GMP topics, including OOX data integrity.
• Experience authoring quality-relevant records such as deviations and change requests.
• Business-fluent English; German skills are a plus.

Aufgaben

• Author change requests, investigations, and deviations, including root-cause analyses and CAPAs.
• Provide guidance and review quality-related records to ensure timely completion and adherence to internal standards.
• Act as a liaison between QA and QC teams to facilitate efficient workflows.
• Support additional quality-related tasks as needed.
