Job summary

Proclinical in Switzerland seeks a Quality Assurance Logistics Specialist to verify incoming materials, oversee material qualification and release in LIMS, and ensure GMP-compliant processes across global supply chains.

You will establish SOPs for raw material suppliers, manage change notifications and quality alerts, and collect KPIs for qualification and release services while escalating critical quality issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of German is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of GMP regulations and pharmaceutical quality management systems.
• Familiarity with quality systems such as SAP and LIMS.
• Experience managing quality tools, including deviations, CAPA, and change controls.

Responsibilities

• Verify incoming materials according to established procedures.
• Establish and maintain SOPs and systems for raw material suppliers.
• Oversee the qualification of materials used in manufacturing, including physical verification and release in LIMS.
• Manage change notifications and quality alerts from the network and raw material suppliers.
• Handle deviations and changes associated with materials.
• Collect and organize KPIs related to material qualification and release services.
• Escalate critical quality issues promptly while ensuring GMP compliance.
