• You lead exciting Customer Experience and CRM projects, from requirements analysis to the successful implementation of modern solutions.
• You take responsibility for quality, timelines, and budgets, ensuring your project team achieves successful outcomes.
• You advise our clients on their digital transformation initiatives and develop innovative solutions for marketing, sales, and customer service together with them.
• You coordinate internal and external stakeholders and ensure transparent communication across all organizational levels.
• You present project progress, manage risks, and ensure that the expected business value is delivered.
• You work closely with our consultants, architects, development teams, and the customer project team, actively contributing to the success of our client projects.

We would like you to:

• A completed degree at tertiary education level (university or university of applied sciences), ideally in Business Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Several years of experience leading IT projects in the CRM or Customer Experience domain.
• Proven experience working with clients and managing demanding stakeholders.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage effectively at management and executive level.
• A structured, solution-oriented way of working combined with a high sense of ownership and responsibility.
• Experience within the Microsoft ecosystem, particularly with Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Copilot, or with comparable CRM platforms.
• Excellent Swiss German and very good English language skills.
• Willingness to travel within the German-speaking part of Switzerland.
