Qualifikationen

• Engineering qualification in mechanical, production, industrial engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Min 2 years of relevant professional experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Proficiency in CAD software and the creation and interpretation of technical drawings.
• Good understanding of manufacturing processes, production equipment, tooling, and process validation.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and with stakeholders.
• Fluent German and English language skills.
• Practical experience in measurement technology and mechanical, electrical, and thermal laboratory testing, including data analysis, test documentation, and technical report writing.
• Structured problem-solving mindset; Lean or Six Sigma knowledge is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Provide technical support for sales, procurement, and production, troubleshoot manufacturing issues, and develop tooling and work instructions.
• Manage internal and external customer development projects, define milestones, and coordinate trials and implementation activities.
• Introduce and continuously improve production processes, define manufacturing parameters, and reduce scrap and downtime.
• Plan, coordinate, and perform mechanical, electrical, and thermal testing of materials and components.
• Evaluate test results and prepare detailed technical reports and documentation.
• Investigate product and process deviations using root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Create and maintain CAD drawings and 3D models with updated documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental requirements and support ISO management systems.
