Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering.
• Min 5 years of experience in project engineering, GIS, or related high‑voltage equipment.
• Proficiency in CAD software for design and engineering documentation.
• Experience with SAP, MS Office, and scheduling tools.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Cross-functional coordination across R&D, production, procurement and quality.
• Fluent in English; German knowledge is a plus.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for meetings and site visits.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Execution: Develop and manage technical project plans, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and internal processes.
• Engineering & Technical Documentation: Prepare and review engineering documents, specs, drawings, and material lists.
• Stakeholder & Customer Coordination: Act as primary technical contact for customers, internal teams, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Material & Supply Chain Management: Define material requirements, oversee procurement, and ensure correct configurations for fabrication and assembly.
• Budget & Timeline Control: Track project costs, monitor progress, and implement corrective actions.
• Quality Assurance & Process Improvement: Identify issues and drive continuous improvement while ensuring quality standards.
• Site Support & Commissioning: Provide on-site technical assistance during installation, testing, and commissioning.
