Management Performance Associates seeks a Manufacturing Engineer Tech to optimize production on the shop floor. You will design workstation layouts, build kanban systems, and develop operator instructions to improve safety and throughput.

The role requires CAD proficiency, problem-solving, and leadership, with experience in manufacturing and knowledge of Power BI/SQL considered a plus. This is a full-time, on-site position in Bern, Switzerland.

Competenze

• Degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering (Associate or Bachelor’s) or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with CAD software and Microsoft Office.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with Power BI, SQL, or basic coding is a plus.

Mansioni

• Optimize Production: Conduct time studies, build Bills of Labor, and set labor rates.
• Design & Layout: Create CAD drawings for workstations, plant layouts, and material flow systems.
• Drive Efficiency: Build kanban systems, write clear operator work instructions, and automate processes to improve safety and throughput.
• Analyze & Improve: Perform cost analysis, root-cause problem solving, and material/equipment testing.
