Zusammenfassung

Selected Group AG is seeking a Group Controller for its Swiss office to lead group financial control, consolidation and reporting across Switzerland, Denmark and Sweden. You will manage SPV structures, treasury and annual budgeting while partnering with operations and investment teams to deliver actionable financial insight.

You will report to the CEO and work in a cross-border, growth-oriented environment with a focus on data discipline, automation and robust governance.

Qualifikationen

• At least 7 years of experience as a Group Controller, Senior Financial Controller or Finance Manager.
• Hands-on experience with multi-entity accounting, group consolidation, SPV structures and audit coordination.
• Resourceful and autonomous with the discipline to keep financial details accurate.
• Comfortable moving between high-level oversight and operational detail.
• Experienced in communicating complex financial matters clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
• Based in Switzerland or willing to relocate; English fluency is required.

Aufgaben

• Oversee accounting, month-end close, consolidation and statutory audit across entities and SPVs in Switzerland, Denmark and Sweden.
• Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting for management, boards, investors, and lenders; drive improvements to finance systems and controls.
• Lead the annual budget process, rolling forecasts and variance analysis across the group, projects and operating companies.
• Hold financial control over project companies and asset-level data, including development expenditure, capex and project reporting, and monitor cash, liquidity and intercompany movements.
• Coordinate financial information for fund structures, AIFMs, administrators and investors with the Danish team.
• Provide CEO and senior stakeholders with clear, commercially relevant analysis on group performance, asset economics, liquidity and financial risk.
