Zusammenfassung

DCAF is seeking a Program Manager to lead the Libya program under the One DCAF approach, reporting to the Head of MENA. The role focuses on strategic planning, development of entry points, and engagement with partners in Libya and the wider North Africa region.

The successful candidate will have 7+ years in peace/security, strong analytical and coordination skills, and the ability to work in a multicultural setting with high-level executives and government officials.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years in peace, security or related fields with Libya exposure.
• Advanced degree in development, security, IR, business management or public administration.
• Ability to communicate with executives, government officials and NGOs.
• Proven ability to sustain programme implementation, impact, and reporting.
• Experience managing external partnerships.

Aufgaben

• Strategic planning, design, implementation and coordination of Libya program.
• Identify and develop entry points in Libya engagement.
• Analyze operational environment, challenges and opportunities.
• Lead research and knowledge development efforts.
• Lead high-level dialogues and stakeholder engagement.
• Lead proposals and donor relations; prepare background materials.
• Represent DCAF at external events; monitor Libyan developments to inform decisions.
