The role requires 10+ years in NGO finance or large organisations, fluency in English and French, and a proven track record in team management, budgeting, proposals, and improving financial management systems.

Qualifikationen

• University degree required.
• 10+ years’ experience in finance and programme delivery for NGO or large complex organisation.
• Working level of English and French.
• Proven skills in team management, stakeholder management, financial planning and monitoring, complex financial analysis and reporting, and improving financial management systems and processes.
• High computer literacy, Microsoft Office (Excel).

Aufgaben

• Oversees financial forecasting, monitoring, reporting and oversight of country programmes at GSO HQ including related assets and obligations.
• Leads financial support to develop fundraising strategies and write proposals.
• Manages Finance Partner and Finance Specialist teams and provides robust technical line management of finance staff in International Country Programs.
• Strengthens collaboration with the corporate finance team and international programmes at GSO headquarters.
• Drives development of financial management systems and processes including leading the finance working group.
• Builds capacity of Finance Partners, Finance Specialists, and country finance staff through coaching and consistent practices.
