Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned project manager to own an integrated delivery plan for compliance-driven initiatives across multiple workstreams, including policy review, identity & access management, observability, disaster recovery, release deployment, and control design. You will coordinate efforts to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Own an integrated delivery plan to achieve compliance-driven initiatives across multiple workstreams (policy review and adoption, identity & access management, observability, disaster recovery, release deployment, control design and execution)
• Ensure consistent and timely reporting to stakeholders and information exchange across the topic leads
• Identify, track and mitigate issues that endanger scope or timeline
• Drive closing activities: formal documentation that will need to pass quality gates and meet acceptance criteria

Requirements

• Strong project management skills including a track record to proof it
• Prior experience working in a regulated environment of at least 3 years
• Experience in stakeholder management and communication
• Good understanding of IT technical landscapes and compliance requirements
• Ability to handle and overcome difficult and tense situations
• Fluent and professional communication skills in English and German, both written and spoken
