Entourage Pharma Consulting AG is seeking an experienced leader to drive a company-wide maintenance transformation program across the value chain. You will shape data foundations, CMMS configurations, and standardized processes to enable reliable operations.

You will anchor RBM and RCA approaches, coordinate multi-stakeholder workstreams, and report progress to senior leadership, with a focus on GMP-compliant, data-integrity driven improvements.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in engineering, natural sciences, pharmacy or related field.
• At least 15 years of project management experience in pharma or life sciences.
• Proven track record in planning, steering and implementing company-wide transformations.
• Strong planning and structuring skills for multi-layer programs.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical maintenance processes; CMMS experience (SAP PM/Infor EAM).
• Familiarity with GMP, compliance and data integrity in regulated environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills at board and operational levels.
• Fluent in English; German is an advantage.

Your Role

• You lead the end-to-end steering of a company-wide maintenance transformation programm spanning all value chain areas — from Master Data & Asset Structure through to Compliance & Data Integrity.
• You drive the build-out of a robust data foundation: naming conventions, asset tree, CMMS configuration, and the standardization of roles and system processes.
• You establish a scalable maintenance execution structure — including improved notification quality, digital support during execution, material reservation, and revision optimization.
• You create cost transparency and KPI-driven performance management across the entire maintenance value chain.
• You anchor Risk-Based Maintenance (RBM) and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) as systematic methods for sustainably reducing failures and improving reliability.
• You coordinate cross-functional workstreams (maintenance, procurement, IT, QA/QE) and manage external partners as well as internal stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• You are responsible for the roadmap, milestone tracking, escalation management, and governance reporting to senior leadership.

Your Profile

• University degree (BSc/MSc/PhD) in engineering, natural sciences, pharmacy, or a comparable field.
• At least 15 years of professional experience in project management within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
• Proven track record in planning, steering, and implementing complex, company-wide transformation programms.
• Strong planning and structuring skills — you maintain oversight in multi-layered programm structures and set clear priorities.
• Solid knowledge of pharmaceutical maintenance processes — ideally with CMMS experience (e.g. SAP PM, Infor EAM, or comparable).
• Familiarity with GMP requirements, compliance frameworks, and data integrity principles in a regulated environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills — equally confident at board level and with operational teams.
• Fluent in English; German language skills are an advantage.
