Job summary

Dr. Fritz Faulhaber GmbH & Co. KG in Switzerland is seeking a production leader to organize and supervise the assembly production department, ensuring daily output, quality and on-time delivery.

You will train staff, drive continuous improvement, and manage health and safety within the department while aligning with business goals. The role requires leadership experience and strong problem-solving skills in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in mechatronics, mechanics or electronics with state-accredited technician certification.
• Experience in leading people.
• Knowledge of SAP and MS Office.
• Good English skills.
• Willingness to work in shifts.
• Organizational sense, punctuality, precision and strong problem-solving aptitude.
• Experience in project management and toolmaking is desirable.
• Exposure to Lean tools and methodologies is preferred.

• Ensure product and process quality as well as production output while meeting deadlines.
• Perform problem-solving to develop corrective actions for internal technical issues of Customer claims.
• Apply continuous improvement experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Ensure cleanliness and a safe working environment within the production department.
• Support the professional development of employees, considering their qualifications, aptitudes, potential, and operational requirements.
