SMG Swiss Marketplace Group AG is seeking a driven professional to support the Team Lead in developing processes and digital solutions for Customer Operations across Homegate, ImmoScout24 and Flatfox. You will identify recurring issues, create professional assessments, and coordinate improvements with Product and Engineering.
You will also work in daily support, handle customer concerns up to escalations, and contribute observations to evolve processes and AI-powered solutions, ensuring changes
Competenze
- Experience in product/process development and customer support or service.
- Proven ability to handle complex cases and escalations.
- Strong analytical, conceptual and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
Mansioni
- Analyze customer concerns, flows and quality data to prioritize improvements.
- Develop requirements and proposals for process improvement and support their implementation.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering on AI-powered support solutions and evaluate results.
- Handle complex/escalated customer cases for Homegate, ImmoScout24 and Flatfox, including Legal coordination if needed.
