Job summary

LGT Capital Partners AG in Switzerland seeks a motivated Business Analyst to join the Platform Management team, focusing on enterprise document management. You will work with business stakeholders, IT and partners to analyze needs, improve processes and deliver technology solutions that boost efficiency, client engagement and regulatory compliance.

The role offers a path toward Product Ownership with responsibility for vision, roadmaps and backlog, plus integration of AI-enabled capabilities

Qualifications

University degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Information Technology or related field.
Minimum of three years as Product Owner or Business Analyst, preferably in financial services or consulting.
Interest in AI-enabled solutions and practical enterprise applications.
Strong analytical and communication skills; English fluency; German is a plus.
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online recommended.

Responsibilities

Analyze business processes, workflows and data to identify inefficiencies.
Lead elicitation, documentation and validation of requirements for enterprise document management.
Coordinate between business and IT teams to align priorities and capabilities.
Take ownership over products or capabilities, including vision, planning and backlog.
Identify AI use cases and integrate AI capabilities with data protection and security.
Coordinate testing, defect tracking and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Maintain process documentation, train users and support change management.
