Job summary

LGT Capital Partners AG in Switzerland seeks a junior professional to transform the finance function into an AI-enabled, data-driven organization. You will redesign processes and deliver automation, analytics and reporting solutions in a hands-on, international asset management setting.

You will partner with IT and business teams to build data-driven solutions, enhance management reporting, and contribute to budgeting, forecasting and scenario analyses with faster, automated insights.

Qualifications

• Degree in business informatics, data science, CS, economics or finance with strong quantitative focus.
• First professional experience translating technical skills into practical business solutions in asset management or financial services.
• Hands-on experience with Python, SQL, Power BI; experience with databases or multidimensional cubes.

Responsibilities

• Redesign finance and controlling processes with automation, analytics and AI.
• Design and implement automation and analytics to reduce manual work and improve data quality.
• Develop scalable reporting and support faster ad-hoc data requests.
