LGT Capital Partners AG is seeking a motivated Business Analyst to join the Platform Management team, focusing on enterprise document management and related processes. You will collaborate with stakeholders, IT and external partners to analyze needs, improve workflows and deliver technology solutions that boost efficiency, client engagement and compliance.

There is a development path toward Product Ownership with increasing responsibility for vision and backlog.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 3+ years as Product Owner or Business Analyst or equivalent.
• Fluent English; German is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Analyze business processes, workflows, data and feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
• Document and validate business requirements; translate to functional specs for document management solutions.
• Facilitate collaboration between business and technical teams to align priorities and capabilities.
• Take ownership of products or capabilities, including vision, planning and backlog prioritization.
• Identify AI use cases and support integration of AI capabilities while ensuring data protection and governance.
• Coordinate application testing, defect tracking and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Maintain process docs, train users and support change management.
