LGT Capital Partners AG, Pfaeffikon, invites applications for a Business Analyst with a pathway toward Product Ownership. You will partner with stakeholders, IT and external partners to analyze needs, optimize processes and deliver enterprise document management solutions.

The role emphasizes AI integration, compliance and user adoption, with development toward product vision and roadmaps. You will work within Platform Management, collaborating across teams, and contribute to change management

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant field.
• Minimum of three years of professional experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst, preferably in financial services or consulting.
• Strong interest in AI-enabled business solutions and practical application in enterprise processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English (German a plus).
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications and SharePoint Online.

Responsabilités

• Analyze processes and data to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Elicit, document and validate business requirements and translate into functional specs for document management solutions.
• Collaborate between business and technical teams to ensure shared understanding of requirements and priorities.
• Take ownership of products or capabilities including vision, planning, backlog prioritization and delivery management.
• Identify AI use cases and support integration of AI-enabled capabilities with data protection and responsible AI principles.
• Coordinate testing (functional, user acceptance) and drive adoption and change management.
