Job summary
LGT Capital Partners AG in Zurich seeks an experienced Business Analyst/Product Owner to drive enterprise document management solutions and related processes. You will work with stakeholders, IT and partners to analyze needs, document requirements and deliver tech-enabled improvements in a regulatory-compliant environment.
You will gradually assume product ownership, define the product vision, plan roadmaps and manage backlogs while leveraging AI capabilities and ensuring data protection.
Qualifications
- University degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years as Product Owner or Business Analyst in finance or consulting.
- Interest in AI-enabled business solutions and enterprise processes.
- Excellent English, German is a plus, strong communication.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes, data and feedback to identify improvements.
- Elicit and document requirements; translate to functional specs.
- Collaborate with business and IT to align priorities and capabilities.
- Take ownership of products with vision, planning and backlog prioritization.
- Identify AI use cases and support integration with governance and security.
- Coordinate testing, UAT and user training to ensure value delivery.
